MeetWed LLC - Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how MeetWed LLC (“MeetWed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles payments, cancellations, and refund requests for optional paid features offered on the MeetWed platform.
MeetWed provides digital services only. No physical goods are shipped or delivered. By purchasing any premium access or paid feature, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All Paid Services are offered on a one-time purchase basis only. MeetWed does not use recurring billing, subscriptions, or automatic renewals.
1. Paid Services
MeetWed offers optional paid features designed to enhance user experience, such as premium access or additional platform tools. All pricing and feature details are clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
2. Immediate Access & Waiver of Withdrawal Rights
Paid Services are digital services and are considered delivered immediately upon activation or access.
By completing a purchase, you:
- Authorize MeetWed to charge your selected payment method
- Acknowledge that access to digital services begins immediately
- Agree to waive any applicable withdrawal or cancellation rights, where permitted by law
Each purchase is a one-time transaction, with no recurring billing.
3. Cancellations
Because MeetWed does not use recurring billing, there are no subscriptions to cancel.
Disabling or removing a Paid Service does not entitle you to a refund for a completed purchase.
4. Refund Policy
All purchases are considered final. However, refunds may be granted in limited circumstances, including:
- Duplicate payments caused by a technical error
- Unauthorized or incorrect charges resulting from a system malfunction
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
MeetWed reserves the right to review and investigate all refund requests and may request additional information before issuing a decision.
Refunds may also be issued in accordance with the policies and procedures of our payment providers, including CCBill, where applicable.
MeetWed may, at its sole discretion, provide refunds or account credits in exceptional cases to maintain customer satisfaction.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:
- Dissatisfaction with matches, interactions, or platform experience
- Not meeting other users
- Voluntary account deletion
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of the Terms of Use
- Inactivity or failure to use the service after purchase
- Change of mind after access to the Paid Service has been granted
6. Legal Rights
Users may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws depending on their jurisdiction.
Where required by law, MeetWed will honor such rights. MeetWed maintains transaction records and access logs to support dispute resolution when necessary.
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage users to contact MeetWed support before initiating a dispute or chargeback, as most concerns can be resolved quickly and efficiently. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact: support@meetwed.com
MeetWed reserves the right to investigate and respond to fraudulent or invalid chargebacks and may take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, where permitted. In cases of suspicious activities, MeetWed will refer the case to payment providers for further review.
8. Pricing Changes
MeetWed may update pricing at any time. Changes apply only to future purchases and do not affect completed transactions.
9. Payment Providers
Payments are processed through licensed and legitimate third-party providers. These providers may apply their own terms and procedures for billing, refunds, and dispute handling. MeetWed is not responsible for delays, holds, or decisions made by third-party payment providers.

Continued use of Paid Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
