This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which users may cancel subscriptions or request refunds for paid services provided by MeetWed LLC (“MeetWed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any premium feature, membership, or subscription on MeetWed, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Paid Services
MeetWed may offer optional paid services, including premium memberships, subscription plans, or additional platform features (“Paid Services”). All pricing, billing frequency, and features associated with Paid Services are clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
By purchasing a Paid Service, you authorize MeetWed to charge the payment method you provide according to the selected billing plan.
2. Subscription Billing
Certain Paid Services operate on a subscription basis.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
Billing periods may include:
• Weekly
• Bi-weekly
• Monthly
• Quarterly
• Annual
Your payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of each renewal period.
3. How to Cancel a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending a request to support@MeetWed.com
Cancellation will stop future billing, but it does not automatically generate a refund for charges already processed.
Your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only under the following circumstances:

Refunds may be granted if:
• A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error
• An unauthorized charge was processed due to a system malfunction
• A payment was processed after a confirmed cancellation error
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date.
MeetWed reserves the right to investigate refund claims before issuing refunds.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for the following situations:
• Dissatisfaction with matches or platform experience
• Failure to meet other users
• Voluntary account deletion
• Account suspension or termination due to violations of Terms of Use
• Partial subscription periods already used
• Failure to cancel before the renewal date
• Inactivity or lack of use of the service
All payments are considered final once the billing period begins, except where required by law.
6. Legal Refund Rights
Users located in certain jurisdictions may have additional refund rights under local consumer protection laws.
For example:
• Users in the European Union / EEA may have a 14-day withdrawal right for certain digital services if they have not yet begun using the service.
Where required by law, MeetWed will honor applicable consumer protection regulations.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact MeetWed support before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
• Suspension or termination of your account
• Restriction of future access to Paid Services
• Recovery of associated payment processing fees where permitted by law
MeetWed reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
8. Price Changes
MeetWed may update subscription pricing or Paid Service fees from time to time.
Any price changes will be communicated before taking effect and will apply only to future billing cycles.
9. Payment Providers
MeetWed may process payments through third-party payment processors such as:

MeetWed does not control payment processing delays or policies imposed by third-party payment providers.
