Users acknowledge that interactions with other members, including communications and meetings arranged through the platform, involve inherent risks.
By using the Service, you agree that MeetWed LLC is not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline, and you assume full responsibility for your interactions with other members. MeetWed LLC has no obligation to monitor user activity or verify the accuracy of user content.

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload or transmit. MeetWed LLC does not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to upload any photos, images, or content you submit and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party. You grant MeetWed LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your submitted content for the purpose of operating the Service.

MeetWed LLC makes no representations regarding user safety.

3. ELIGIBILITY

By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old and meet the minimum legal age for online dating services in your jurisdiction. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are not prohibited by any law, court order, or government restriction from using online dating or relationship‑matching services. You are using the Service solely for genuine, personal, long‑term relationship purposes and not for casual encounters, solicitation, recruitment, commercial activity, or entertainment. You have not been convicted of any violent crime, sexual offense, exploitation‑related offense, coercive offense, trafficking‑related offense, or any crime involving threats, harassment, or abuse. You are not required to register as a sex offender in any jurisdiction. You do not pose a risk to the safety, rights, or well‑being of other users, as determined by MeetWed LLC in its sole discretion. You do not have more than one MeetWed LLC account and will not create additional accounts after suspension or termination. You have not previously been banned, suspended, or removed from MeetWed LLC or any affiliated or successor platforms. You are not using the Service on behalf of a business, organization, agency, or third party, and you are not conducting research, data collection, scraping, or surveillance. All information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete, and you agree to update it promptly if it changes. MeetWed LLC reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and may refuse access or terminate accounts that violate or appear to violate these requirements. MeetWed LLC may implement identity verification measures; however, such measures do not constitute criminal background checks, and MeetWed LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of user information or the safety of interactions.

MeetWed LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of any user’s age or identity.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & VERIFICATION

4.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating your account. You further agree that all information you provide—including your identity, age, photos, relationship intentions, background, and personal details—is truthful and not misleading by omission or exaggeration. MeetWed LLC may require verification of any information and may suspend or terminate your account if any information is found to be false, misleading, incomplete, or unverifiable.

4.2 Identity Verification

MeetWed LLC may require government‑issued ID verification at any time to confirm eligibility, prevent fraud, or enforce safety rules. MeetWed LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of any user’s identity or age. You are solely responsible for verifying the identity and authenticity of individuals you interact with.

4.3 One Account Policy

You may maintain only one account. Duplicate, shared, or fraudulent accounts may be suspended or terminated. MeetWed LLC is not responsible for detecting duplicate accounts and assumes no liability for any consequences arising from users creating or interacting with multiple accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the Service, you agree to:

Request or offer money, gifts, loans, financial assistance, or material benefits. Engage in scams, fraud, deception, catfishing, or manipulative behavior. Use the Service for escorting, solicitation, transactional relationships, or sexual services. Use the Service for political influence, commercial activity, marketing, recruitment, or data collection. Attempt to bypass, disable, or manipulate verification, moderation, or safety systems. Create new accounts after suspension or termination. Submit false or malicious reports. MeetWed LLC may suspend or terminate your account at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

6. PROHIBITED CONTENT

MeetWed LLC maintains transaction records, access logs, and user activity data to support payment verification and dispute resolution. You must not upload, post, transmit, or share any content that:
Is pornographic, explicit, obscene, or sexually suggestive. Contains nudity, sexualized imagery, graphic violence, or disturbing content. Promotes racism, sexism, hate, discrimination, or harassment. Encourages illegal activity, self‑harm, or dangerous behavior. Contains threats, harassment, abusive language, or intimidation. Is defamatory, libelous, knowingly false, or intended to damage another person’s reputation. Involves minors in any form. Contains another person’s image or personal information without consent. Contains malware or harmful code. Advertises goods, services, or commercial offers. Promotes “sugar dating,” escorting, transactional relationships, or sexual services. Requests or solicits money or material benefits. Violates intellectual property rights. Use AI tools to impersonate or misrepresent real individuals. Attempts to bypass moderation or safety systems. Is inconsistent with the purpose of MeetWed LLC. MeetWed LLC may remove content at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

Use of deepfake technology, stolen images, or impersonation of another individual is strictly prohibited.

7. ANTI‑TRAFFICKING, ANTI‑EXPLOITATION & ANTI‑PROSTITUTION POLICY

MeetWed LLC enforces a zero‑tolerance policy toward prostitution, sexual exploitation, and trafficking.

7.1 Prostitution & Sexual Services

You may not use the Service to engage in, promote, facilitate, or attempt to facilitate:
Prostitution, sexual services, escorting, compensated dating, “sugar dating,” transactional relationships, or any exchange of money, gifts, rent, travel, or material benefits for romantic or sexual interaction.

7.2 Human Trafficking & Exploitation

Strictly prohibited:
Human trafficking, online sexual exploitation of children (OSEC), grooming, coercion, manipulation, recruitment for adult entertainment, exploitation of vulnerable individuals, or any activity violating:

7.3 Enforcement

Violations result in:

Forfeiture of all payments
No refunds

MeetWed LLC cooperates with law enforcement in the U.S., Philippines, Thailand, and other jurisdictions.

8. SAFETY, INTERACTIONS & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

MeetWed LLC does not conduct criminal background checks on users and does not guarantee the identity, intentions, compatibility, honesty, or behavior of any member. While limited identity verification measures may be used, MeetWed LLC does not verify the accuracy of user profiles or personal claims.

All interactions with other users, whether online or offline, involve inherent risks. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your interactions and decisions when communicating with or meeting other members.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeetWed LLC is not liable for any user behavior, including but not limited to offline meetings, emotional or physical harm, financial loss, fraud, deception, or misrepresentation arising from interactions between users.

Users are encouraged to take appropriate safety precautions, including:

Meeting in public places
Informing a friend or family member of meeting plans
Avoiding sharing financial or sensitive personal information
Reporting suspicious or inappropriate behavior

By using the Service, you agree that all interactions are undertaken at your own risk.

MeetWed LLC has no duty to monitor user activity or content.

9. NON‑COMMERCIAL USE

The Service is for personal, non‑commercial use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited. Users may not promote external websites, social media accounts, or payment services.

10. PAID SERVICES (ONE-TIME PAYMENTS ONLY)

MeetWed LLC offers optional paid features designed to enhance the user experience.

All payments are:

One-time transactions
Non-recurring
Not automatically renewed

No subscriptions or recurring billing are used on the platform.

All pricing and features are clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

Refunds are provided only:

When required by law
In cases of duplicate charges or technical errors
At MeetWed LLC’s discretion in exceptional circumstances

MeetWed LLC reserves the right to modify pricing or features for future purchases at any time.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

11. MODERATION & ENFORCEMENT

MeetWed LLC may use automated tools and human moderators to enforce policies. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, permanently ban users, block devices or IP addresses, or deny future access. Enforcement may occur with or without notice and is not subject to appeal.

Users may report violations through the in-app reporting system or by contacting support.

No Guarantee of Matches or Relationship Outcomes
MeetWed LLC provides a platform designed to facilitate introductions between users seeking relationships. MeetWed LLC does not guarantee that any user will find a match, form a relationship, or achieve any specific outcome through use of the Service. MeetWed LLC does not guarantee compatibility between users and makes no representations regarding the success of any interaction, communication, meeting, or relationship formed through the platform. Users acknowledge that personal relationships depend on many factors beyond the control of MeetWed LLC.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeetWed LLC disclaims liability for emotional distress, dissatisfaction, or personal outcomes resulting from relationships or interactions formed through the platform.
We are not liable for:

User behavior
Offline interactions
Emotional or physical harm
Financial loss
Fraud or deception
Unauthorized access
Service interruptions

MeetWed LLC does not guarantee successful matches, relationships, or compatibility.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MeetWed LLC’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

17. INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before initiating arbitration, you must contact support@meetwed.com and allow 30 days for resolution.

18. GOVERNING LAW & ARBITRATION

18.1 Governing Law

The laws of the State of California govern these Terms.

18.2 Mandatory Arbitration

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, the MeetWed LLC platform, or any services provided by MeetWed LLC shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis and not as a class action.
By agreeing to these Terms, you and MeetWed LLC waive the right to bring or participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its applicable rules.
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

18.3 Venue

Arbitration will occur in Orange County, California.

18.4 Class Action Waiver

You waive the right to participate in class actions.

18.5 Mass Arbitration Limitation

If 25+ similar claims are filed:

Proceedings may be stayed
Fees may be adjusted
A bellwether process may be used

18.6 Small Claims Option

Either party may bring an individual claim in the Orange County, CA small claims court.

19. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify MeetWed LLC against all claims arising from your use of the Service.

20. TERMINATION

MeetWed LLC may terminate your account at any time, with or without notice. Refunds are not typically provided except as outlined in our Refund Policy or where required by law. Terminated users may not create new accounts.

21. FORCE MAJEURE

MeetWed LLC is not liable for events beyond its control.

22. SEVERABILITY

Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.

23. NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it.

24. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

MeetWed LLC may refuse service at any time.

25. COOPERATION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT

MeetWed LLC may cooperate with authorities without notice.
