DMCA Copyright Policy

MeetWed LLC (“MeetWed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), MeetWed has adopted the following policy for addressing copyright infringement claims.
If you believe that content available on MeetWed.com infringes your copyright, please follow the procedures outlined below.
1. Copyright Infringement Notification
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that content hosted on MeetWed infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.
Your written notice must include the following information:

MeetWed LLC may also request additional information if necessary to verify the claim.
3. Removal of Infringing Content
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, MeetWed LLC may:
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the user who posted the content
• Take additional action if necessary under applicable law
MeetWed reserves the right to remove content at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes copyright infringement may have occurred.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that the content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.
Your counter-notice must include:

Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the State of California, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
MeetWed maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.
Users who repeatedly upload content that violates intellectual property rights may have their accounts:
• Suspended
• Permanently terminated
• Restricted from creating new accounts
MeetWed may also remove infringing material without prior notice.
6. False Claims
Submitting a false or misleading DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability under applicable copyright law.
Parties who knowingly misrepresent that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including legal costs and attorneys’ fees.
7. User Responsibilities
Users of MeetWed are responsible for ensuring that any content they upload—including photos, images, videos, or written material—does not violate the intellectual property rights of others.
By uploading content to MeetWed, users represent and warrant that they have the legal right to share and distribute such content.
8. Policy Updates
MeetWed may update this DMCA Copyright Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
